Fruit Body: aecia orange with white recurved margins; uredinia small, brown; telia elongated, brown (ref. Ellis and Ellis)
Spores: urediniospores 27-30 x 20-24 microns; teliospores 1-septate, mainly 35-50 x 17-24 microns
Odour: none
Taste: none
Chemical Tests :none
Occurrence: rare though more abundant locally, especially in Suffolk, on Thesium sp. (Bastard Taodflax)
