There were two specimens growing on a fallen oak tree. I collected one specimen which was about 7cm wide, and had a jelly brain like consistency when sectioned. Sadly they were both a bit over mature and hence not in the best of condition.

I believe this is Tremella steidleri, although I have yet to do any microscopy:

Looks like it to me. My find also had 2 fruiting bodies on an oak that had fallen over a ditch many years ago.
